As a twenty-year resident of Vallejo in Solano County and former Chair of the Vallejo Economic Development Commission, I have reviewed quite a few development proposals including a waterfront cement plant and liquid natural gas (LNG) facility on Mare Island. Imagine my excitement when I reviewed this truly innovative concept for Solano County investment. The promise of California Forever is aligned with my future vision for us and I look forward to seeing its promise realized for our community.
