I am frustrated by the stagnation in construction, manufacturing, and defense in California, but also across the US more broadly. We are falling behind and cannot afford to wait any longer to stop the decline. Private industry must step up and fill the gap.

This proposed development is critical for the country's military future, and also demonstrates that we Californians are still capable of building great things. I want to be involved.
