At @BuildCasa we got a lot of Q’s when we signed on to support California Forever given our focus on infill development in existing neighborhoods. Why do we back the plan? 1) CA needs 3.5M units and walkable greenfield communities are part of the solution. 2) We used to build ambitious projects in the US and now it seems impossible. We support audacious plans to build housing without the need for government subsidy. 3) @jansramek has given his time and energy to provide us with feedback on our approach to scaling infill development despite being laser focused on bringing California Forever to fruition. He’s mission driven and has a high say/do ratio. Don’t bet against him.
